Richard A. Kutia is an associate with Pabian & Russell, LLC, concentrating in the areas of elder law and estate planning. Richard counsels clients from a broad array of backgrounds and levels of wealth, which provides him with insight to spot issues that may otherwise be overlooked. On the elder law side, Richard is responsible for advising clients on issues related to asset protection from long-term care costs. He also has experience advising clients on matters relating to diminished or fluctuating capacity. Richard also has experience working with high-net worth estate planning clients. He drafts estate plans with an eye towards minimizing estate taxes and securing clients’ wealth for future generations. Richard earned his Juris Doctor from New England School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut.
Richard has served on panels for the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and HalfMoon Education, Inc. legal education seminars to discuss estate and long-term care planning issues.
