About Me

Raida (Maggie) Lopez is an associate at Pabian & Russell in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, and real estate. She has been at Pabian & Russell since 2014.

Maggie hails from Port Charlotte, Florida and moved to Boston to attend Boston College. Immediately after graduating from college, she started at Suffolk University Law School. While there, she concentrated in International Law, worked two jobs, and participated in the Indigenous Peoples Rights Clinic in her third year. Maggie’s experiences with her various roles and clinic eventually led her to pursue transactional law, more specifically estate planning.

During her time at Pabian & Russell, she has worked on several types of estate plans for clients of varying needs. She has administered estates with scattered and complicated assets ranging in location and value, including mineral interests and timeshares. And, she has gained extensive experience in the liquidation and distribution of assets through trust administration.

When Maggie is not at work, she can be seen choreographing and dancing for DanceWorks Boston as well as other dance companies in the Boston area.
