Pamela L. Halter is a partner with Pabian & Russell, LLC, concentrating in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, and estate tax planning. Pam has been with the firm since 2008, when she interned during her final year of law school. When Pam started as an associate at the firm, she was one of only a handful of associates, which gave her the opportunity to work on a wide range of matters from the start of her career and has allowed her to master very complicated planning. She assists clients with everything from creating core estate plans (Wills, Trusts, Health Care Proxies, Powers of Attorney) to discussing sophisticated tax planning and gifting strategies to administering trusts and estates.
Pamela obtained her LL.M. in taxation from Boston University, which has further enhanced her ability to tackle the full spectrum of planning. She received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Political Science from Boston University.
Pam lives in the North End of Boston with her husband and dog, who they rescued while on vacation in Turks and Caicos. She enjoys hiking and traveling to untouched regions of the world.
