About Me

Margaret T. Burke is Pabian & Russell’s CEO, and has been with the firm since its inception in 2005. Margaret sits on the Firm’s executive team and is involved in all strategic initiatives and planning. Margaret is a Certified Professional Coach, certified by IPEC (Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching), further enhancing the firm’s recruiting, high-level HR, and professional development activities.

Margaret is the proud recipient of the 2018 Association of Legal Human Resource Managers Kelly Kirby Memorial Scholarship 2018. In 2016, she was awarded the 2016 Excellence in the Law Award, presented by Lawyers Weekly, for her outstanding leadership and management skills as the firms’ Executive Director. She has also been the recipient of the Boston Chapter’s 2015 Conference Award.

Margaret is an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and has served as a member of the Chapter Bi-Law Restatement Committee, Community Relations Committee, and Nominating Committee.

Prior to joining Pabian & Russell, LLC, Margaret was a Client Relationship Manager at Keegan, Werlin & Pabian, and an Estate Planning Specialist Associate with Salomon Smith Barney.

Margaret received an MBA from the Sawyer School of Business at Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Accounting from Salem State University. She also holds certifications in Human Resources and Professional Coaching.

Margaret lives on the North Shore with her partner, David. She loves experimenting with plant-based cooking, and enjoys her active, health, exercise, and wellness-focused life.
