Kim works with business owners, wealth advisors, and investment bankers, and has extensive experience in a wide range of commercial transactions, including but not limited to business formation; mergers and acquisitions; business transition planning; and the drafting and negotiation of all types of contracts, including but not limited to operating, shareholder/buy-sell, employment and joint venture agreements; trademark filing and portfolio management; and commercial leasing and conveyancing.

Kimberly received her Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law, where she also served as an editor of the cooperative law journal, The Forum. She completed her undergraduate work at the Pennsylvania State University where she graduated with a B.S. in French, with a business focus.

In addition to her legal work, Kim is a group leader for ProVisors, a professional advisor marketing group, and works pro bono for K.I.N.D. (Kids in Need of Defense). She enjoys spending time with her family (including being a groupie for her husband’s band), working out, and going to the beach.
