Meghan L. Tufts is an associate at Pabian & Russell, LLC, concentrating in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, federal securities law, trademark, corporate entity selection and formation and general business law. Meghan has advised a number of public and private corporations in connection with acquisitions, federal securities law compliance and general corporate matters. Meghan received her Juris Doctor from the Northeastern University School of Law in 2001 and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Middlebury College in 1996. While at Northeastern, Meghan clerked for the Honorable Lawrence P. Cohen of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to joining the firm at its inception in March 2005, Meghan was an associate in the Boston office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from 2001 to 2003, and in the Boston office of Keegan Werlin & Pabian, LLP from 2003 to 2005. Meghan
was named to the Massachusetts Rising Stars list by Law & Politics and New England Super
Lawyers®
in 2005, 2006, and 2007, a distinction given to only the top 2.5% of up-and-coming attorneys in Massachusetts. Meghan is admitted to practice before the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
