Debra Sumption is a senior paralegal at Pabian & Russell, LLC. She has extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leasing, and financing, as well as estate planning and probate-related asset transfers. Debra also has substantial experience in business law, including corporate stock acquisitions and sales, organizing various corporate entities, buy-sell agreements, and reorganizations.
Debra earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Salve Regina College (now Salve Regina University). She has served as a paralegal for three previous firms: Keegan Werlin & Pabian, LLP; Klieman, Lyons, Schindler, Gross & Pabian, P.C.; and Curhan, Kunian, Goshko, Burwick & Savrann, P.C. (formerly Singer, Stoneman, Kunian & Kurland, P.C.). Debra is a member of both the Massachusetts Paralegal Association and the National Federation of Paralegals. She enjoys volunteering with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and participating in its Team in Training program.
