Debra Sumption is a senior paralegal in Pabian & Russell, LLC. Debra has extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leasing and financing, as well as estate planning and probate related asset transfers. She also has substantial business law experience, including corporate stock acquisitions and sales, organizing various corporate entities, buy-sell agreements and reorganizations. Debra received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Salve Regina College. Prior to joining the firm, Debra was a paralegal with Keegan Werlin & Pabian, LLP, Klieman, Lyons, Schindler, Gross & Pabian P.C., and Curhan, Kunian, Goshko, Burwick & Savrann, P.C., formerly Singer, Stoneman, Kunian & Kurland, P.C. Debra is also a member of the Massachusetts Paralegal Association and the National Federation of Paralegals.
