Richard M. Russell

Richard M. Russell serves as "of counsel" to Pabian & Russell, LLC. Richard concentrates in the areas of civil litigation, criminal law, business planning, estate planning, planning for long-term care, real estate transactions, family law, bankruptcy, and personal injury.

Richard has successfully represented clients before the state trial courts, the state Appeals Court, the state Supreme Judicial Court, the United States Bankruptcy Court, the United States District Court, and the United States Court of Appeals. Richard has served as lead appellate counsel in several seminal and noteworthy Massachusetts appellate cases.

Richard is a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School. During his legal studies, Richard studied one year at the distinguished Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. As a law student, Richard served as an editor and author for the Suffolk University Law Review.

Richard was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 1992. Richard is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He regularly lectures on legal topics as part of the Falmouth Night School Adult Education Program.
