Richard M. Russell serves as "of counsel" to Pabian & Russell, LLC.  Attorney Russell focuses his practice in matters of intellectual property, including patent prosecution, trademark registration and enforcement, copyright, trade secret protection, and licensing.  He is a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School, where he served as law review editor and author.  While in law school, Attorney Russell studied one year at the distinguished Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California.  He is also a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts College of Engineering, majoring in computer science.  His article, “Copyright in Architectural Drawing and Works,” was recently published in the Massachusetts Law Review.  Attorney Russell is admitted to practice before the Massachusetts state and federal courts and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
