Lara A. McKenna, an associate at Pabian & Russell, LLC, concentrates in the areas of business and general corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, federal securities law, private placements of equity securities, and corporate entity selection and formation. Lara advises both public and private corporations on the above areas and general corporate matters. Lara earned her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Boston College Law School in 2000; in 1995 she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree, summa cum laude, in Political Science from Boston College. Before joining Pabian & Russell, Lara was an associate at the Boston office of K&L Gates, LLP from 2007 to 2009, and in the Boston office of Goulston & Storrs, PC from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, she was an associate with the former firm of Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP from 2000 to 2003. Lara is admitted to practice before the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
