Laura Plourde is an associate with Pabian & Russell, LLC, concentrating in the areas of business and general corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, securities law, private placements of equity securities, corporate entity selection and formation and trademark selection and protection.  Laura advises both public and private corporations on the above areas and general corporate matters. 

Prior to joining Pabian & Russell, Laura was an associate with Choate Hall & Stewart, LLP.  Laura received her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2003. While at Lewis & Clark Law School, Laura served on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Small and Emerging Business Law.  Prior to attending law school, Laura served as an intellectual property paralegal at Devine, Millimet & Branch from 2001 to 2003.  In 1997, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, summa cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire.  Laura is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
