Debra Sumption
Debra Sumption is a senior paralegal at Pabian & Russell, LLC.
Debra has over fifteen years experience in all aspects of real estate transactions,
including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, commercial and residential leasing,
and real estate financing. Debra also has extensive business law experience, including corporate acquisitions,
sales, shareholders agreements, and corporate reorganizations.
She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Salve Regina College.
She is a member of the Massachusetts Paralegal Association and the National Federation of Paralegals.
Prior to joining the firm at its inception in March 2005, Debra was a paralegal in the Boston office of
Keegan Werlin & Pabian, LLP from 1997-2005, a paralegal in the Boston office of
Klieman, Lyons, Schindler, Gross & Pabian from 1991-1997, and a paralegal at
Curhan, Kunian, Goshko, Burwick & Savrann, P.C., formerly Singer, Stoneman, Kunian & Kurland, P.C. from 1986 to 1991.
