Colleen C. Taylor
Colleen C. Taylor is a senior paralegal at Pabian & Russell, LLC concentrating in the area of estate planning.
She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Legal Studies from Fairfield University in 2001.
Colleen has experience in drafting wills, trusts, real estate transfer documents, durable powers of attorney,
health care proxies, living wills, insurance trusts, and other advanced planning documents.
She also works closely with estate planning clients in their decision making process.
In addition, Colleen assists our clients in implementing their plans by working with
their financial advisors to properly transfer assets to their trusts.
Prior to joining the firm at its inception in March 2005, Colleen was a paralegal in the Boston office of
Keegan Werlin & Pabian, LLP from 2002-2005, and as a legal assistant with Dwyer & Collora, LLP from 2001-2002.
