DIRECTIONS TO 265 FRANKLIN STREET
Please note that the entrance to our parking garage is located on
Batterymarch Street.
We provide validated parking to our friends and clients.

From the South:
Take I-93 N to Exit 23-Government Center. Stay in left lane of exit ramp and take left turn at traffic light onto Surface Road. Take 4th right turn onto State Street. Take 3rd left turn onto Broad Street. Continue straight for as far as you can go (approximately 5 blocks) and then take right turn onto Franklin Street. Take 1st left turn onto Batterymarch Street. Continue straight for ½ block and turn right into parking garage.

From the North:
Take either Rt. 93-S or Rt. 1-S (to Rt. 93-S). Take Exit 24-A toward Government Center. Turn Left onto Surface Road. Take 3rd right turn onto State Street. Take 3rd left turn onto Broad Street. Continue straight for as far as you can go (approximately 5 blocks) and then take right turn onto Franklin Street. Take 1st left turn onto Batterymarch Street. Continue straight for ½ block and turn right into parking garage.

Take the Mass Pike East (I-90E) to Route 93 North-Concord. Take Exit 23-Government Center. Stay in left lane of exit ramp and take left turn at traffic light onto Surface Road. From Logan Airport:
Exit the Airport and follow signs for Airport Exit/I-90-Ted Williams Tunnel. Take Exit 24 to I-93 North. Take I-93 North to Exit 23-Government Center. Stay left off of the exit and turn left onto Surface Road. Take the 1st right onto State Street. Take the 2nd left onto Broad Street. Continue straight for as far as you can go (approximately 5 blocks) and then take right turn onto Franklin Street. Take 1st left turn onto Batterymarch Street. Continue straight for ½ block and turn right into parking garage.

From Prudential Center, Copley Square and Boylston Street:
Take Boylston Street toward the Boston Common. Turn left onto Charles Street (between the Boston Common and the Public Garden). Turn right onto Beacon Street. Beacon Street crosses Tremont Street and becomes School Street. At the end of School Street, turn left onto Washington Street and then immediately turn right onto Water Street. Follow Water Street for 4 blocks (through Liberty Square) and turn right onto Batterymarch Street. Continue straight for ½ block past Franklin Street and turn right into parking garage.

From the MBTA Red Line, Amtrak & Commuter Rail (South Station):
Coming out of South Station onto Summer Street, cross Surface Road and walk one block to High Street, turn right at High Street and walk four blocks and take a left onto Oliver Street. 265 Franklin Street is on the corner of Oliver Street and Franklin Street on the right-hand side of the street.
From the MBTA Green Line (Park Street Station):
Coming out of the Park Street Station exit, cross Tremont Street and proceed down Winter Street one block until you get to Washington Street. Turn left onto Washington Street. Take your 1st right onto Franklin Street. Walk seven more blocks to Oliver Street. 265 Franklin is on the corner of Oliver Street and Franklin Street on the right-hand side of the street.
