Junior Corporate/ Business Law Attorney

We are currently seeking a first year Business Law Associate.  This is an excellent opportunity for a junior corporate associate to assist meeting the needs of clients, primarily consisting of closely-held and family-owned businesses, medical practices and small companies, ranging from mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, limited liability company agreements, commercial agreements, including leases, licenses, and development agreements, to loan facilities, to general corporate matters and to corporate governance.  The associate will also have the opportunity to assist our clients with trademark selection and protection.  Strong research, communication, attention to detail, writing, and interpersonal skills are essential.  Some experience in drafting legal documents is preferred as well as a documented interest in taxation either through legal course work or some other experience.  

Senior Corporate/ Business Law Attorney

We are currently seeking a Business Law Attorney.  This is a unique opportunity to become a major contributor to a growing, sophisticated business law practice.  The candidate must have a minimum of 8 years experience negotiating and drafting sophisticated business agreements and other commercial documents for diverse business entities.  The position will also include managing a team of corporate associates, paralegals, and interns.   The candidate must have portable billings of at least $100,000, plus excellent writing skills, business judgment and strategic thinking in the areas of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and general corporate representation.
