LL.M. in Taxation or similar credentials preferred.
Trusts and Estates Associate
Pabian & Russell, LLC, seeks a talented and aspiring associate for its Trusts and Estates/Probate Administration practice. The candidate must have excellent drafting and analytical skills with a minimum of 5 years experience in the areas of estate administration and sophisticated estate planning for high net worth individuals. The ideal candidate must be able to work directly with clients, investment advisors and accountants. Elder law experience, LL.M. in Taxation or similar credentials is preferred.
Corporate Legal Intern
Pabian & Russell, LLC is seeking a part-time legal intern to assist in our business and corporate law department during the 2010-2011 school year. The primary duties of the legal intern will include: conducting research, writing legal memoranda, drafting documents, assisting with client matters, and performing other duties that relate to a business office. The intern will gain experience in corporate transactions, which may include mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial contracts, trademark and intellectual property licensing and protection, and other general corporate representation. It is required that the intern be able to receive academic credit for this internship, as it is non-paid.
Estate Planning/ Probate Administration Legal Intern
Pabian & Russell, LLC is seeking a part-time legal intern to assist in our estate planning and probate administration department during the 2010-2011 school year. The primary duties of the legal intern will include: conducting research, writing legal memoranda, drafting documents, assisting with client matters, and performing other duties that relate to a business office. The intern will gain experience in research and writing, estate planning, and estate and trust administration. It is required that the intern be able to receive academic credit for this internship, as it is non-paid.
