Pabian & Russell, LLC, seeks a corporate/business associate to negotiate and draft sophisticated corporate contracts and other commercial and transactional documents for diverse business entities and transactions.  This is a unique opportunity to become a major contributor to a sophisticated corporate practice.  The ideal candidate will have excellent drafting skills, attention to detail, business judgment and strategic thinking with 4-9 years experience in the areas of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial contracts, licensing and general corporate representation.  LL.M. in Taxation or similar credentials preferred.
