Abby E. Smagula
Abby E. Smagula is a paralegal at Pabian & Russell, LLC concentrating in the areas of
estate planning and estate administration. Abby joined the firm in March 2005.
Abby graduated with Honors, receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree, cum laude, in Political Science from
Villanova University in 2004, along with a minor in Spanish.
Abby has experience drafting basic estate planning documents.
She guides clients through the estate planning process and assists with asset transfers
necessary for the proper implementation of estate plans.
Abby also assists clients with all aspects of estate administration,
including probate and the redemption and valuation of estate assets.
With respect to the estate administration side of the firm,
Abby assists clients through the probate process, including the initial gathering of information,
filing of the appropriate probate, and following-up regarding
the various administrative tasks involved in an estate administration.
