Avani Lodhavia
Avani Lodhavia is an associate at Pabian & Russell, LLC, concentrating in the area of corporate law.
Avani received her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 2007
and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion and International Studies from Northwestern University in 2004.
While at Boston University, Avani was an editor of the American Journal of Law and Medicine.
Avani was also a participant in the Edward C. Stone moot court competition
and a quarter-finalist in the Homer Albers Prize moot court competition.
In her final year of law school, Avani participated as a student attorney in the Boston University Civil Litigation Clinic,
aiding indigent clients in housing, unemployment and divorce issues through Greater Boston Legal Services.
Avani is admitted to practice before the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the state of Illinois.
She is also a member of the American and Boston Bar Associations, the South Asian Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts.
