Graduating cum laude from Suffolk University Law School, Jacob has over a decade of experience in drafting and prosecuting both U.S. and foreign patent applications, preparing opinions, and counseling both small and large clients on a range of strategic intellectual property issues. In particular, Jacob has acquired expertise in the preparation of patent strategy for start-up and established companies, academic institutions, and solitary inventors, including the construction and evaluation of patent portfolios, and the establishment of validity/infringement opinions.
